Callout Examples
Note Templates are saved to your account and can be reused across multiple job postings. Changes made to a template do not affect jobs already created from it.
Info Skima AI currently offers over 50 pre-built templates across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations roles. New templates are added every month.
Tip You can duplicate any template and tweak it before publishing. This saves time when hiring for similar roles across different teams.
Warning Deleting a template is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need it before removing it from your library.

Tip Marketing templates work best when paired with a portfolio request. Enable it under **Screening Questions** when setting up the job.
Using a Template
- Navigate to Jobs → Create New Job
- Select Start from Template
- Browse or search for the template you need
- Click Use Template to pre-fill the job form
- Review and edit any fields before publishing
Warning Publishing a job immediately makes it visible to candidates. Use **Save as Draft** if you are not ready to go live.
